Director, Client Services and Public Relations

With a keen attention to detail, Kristin helps create a warm and welcoming atmosphere as director of client services and public relations at BreakThrough. She oversees the client service representatives from a service perspective and works closely with our accounts and administration team to ensure that processes are efficient. She makes every effort to provide a personalized touch for our clientele, creating a unique and satisfying experience for each patient. Kristin spends her free time enjoying various aspects of design, photography, and music, as well as a wide assortment of movies, especially foreign and independent films.

Client Service Representative

After graduating from the University of California, Davis in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in communications, Dana put her degree to good use working with our clientele. A Bay Area native, she is one of the first people you will meet at BreakThrough Physical Therapy; assisting with scheduling, new patient organization, and verifying insurance information. Dana enjoys building relationships with our patients and seeing the great results from the therapy she helps them to schedule.

When not at BreakThrough, Dana enjoys spending time with her friends and family, cooking, and playing the ukulele.

Anna Yarborough

Client Service Representative

A transplant from Minnesota, Anna joined the BreakThrough family in 2010. She's one of the first faces you will see upon entering BreakThrough. Anna takes pride in welcoming each client and making sure their experience is a positive one. Her responsibilities include scheduling, insurance verification, clientele correspondences, and database management. Anna enjoys listening to music, drawing and spending time with her husband when not keeping things organized at BreakThrough.
