Dr. Hooper is a Bay Area native.  He’s from Sunnyvale, attended Fremont High School, and graduated from Stanford University.  After 4 years of medical school at Howard University, Dr. Hooper began traveling back to the Bay Area with a four-year residency program at UC Davis before setting up practice in Redwood City.  He joined his father, Dr. Lawrence Hooper, back in Sunnyvale, in 1998 and has been serving the local community ever since.

In 2008 Dr. Hooper decided to tackle a much needed area in society and open The Hooper Weight Loss Clinic.  With over 15 years in practice, Dr. Gregory Hooper takes pride in delivering impeccable customer service, quality medical care and superior results.  “I am dedicated to assisting patients in their journey to achieve optimum health and wellness, we help them to dramatically improve their quality of life, ” says Hooper.
