Learn how to reduce pain and resume an active life.

Cystocele is when the wall between the bladder and vagina weakens and allows the bladder to droop into the vagina. A droopy bladder can cause unwanted urine leakage and discomfort. Cystocele is most often due to weakness of the pelvic floor. Many opt for surgical repair however, it is still important to strengthen the pelvic floor to prevent repeat surgeries and avoid low back pain and incontinence.
