Learn how to reduce pain and resume an active life.

Pudendal Neuralgia (PN) is one term for Pudendal Nerve Entrapment or Alacock Canal Syndrome. The symptoms include pain in the perineal region, numbness, and bowel and bladder incontinence. The prevalence of PN is considered rare and it is possible to have all of the symptoms without the pudendal nerve being entrapped. There are many causes of PN including but not limited to inflammation, autoimmune illness, frequent infections, trauma, prolonged sitting, exercise or surgery.
