Gone are the days of referring your patients to a physical therapy facility simply based on proximity to home or work.  Today’s patient is far more educated and engaged in their health than ever.  They are asking friends, family and colleagues and performing their own research to find the right fit.  Your patients understand that there is a difference when it comes to physical therapy.  As such, it is critical that you are regularly referring to an organization that will reflect well on you.  At BreakThrough Physical Therapy we understand that your reputation is on the line and we take this responsibility seriously.

Our Treatment Approach and Philosophy

Every patient has their own needs and goals.  Many have a complex history that often goes unchecked.  Experience has proven that taking the time to perform a thorough physical therapy evaluation and engaging with our patients about their life and contributing factors to their current situation significantly increases the efficacy of their treatment. Our goal is to help your patients return as quickly as possible to the lifestyle they deserve in an environment that is abundant with highly qualified physical therapists, is well organized, clean, safe and full of positive energy.  Our physical therapists have over 90 years of combined experience and although each patient usually remains with the same therapist on each visit, we are always consulting one another to be sure we are giving every patient the best care available.

Our Communication Goals

At the end of each patient’s physical therapy evaluation, we review our findings and provide them information about their condition and inform them of our plan to help them return to the lifestyle they deserve.  They are given specific instructions to help them begin their home exercise program. Our goal is to ensure that you receive a corresponding report after the evaluation as well as physical therapy progress reports throughout their care.  If we have questions, need additional information, or direction from you, we will contact your office.  Open lines of communication are critical to our success with mutual patients.

Because of the changing medical insurance environment, we do not have a specific listing of all insurance companies with whom we have contracts.  We are able to serve your patients in the following insurance/payment classifications:
